Vacuum the pets bedding at least twice a week. Any of the bedding that is engine washable, be sure to wash them once a week. The bedding must be washed in hot water and dried on maximum heat in the dryer. The theorize for this is heat kills fleas as well as the flea eggs. Since its possible for fleas to fall out of the bedding on your way to the laundry room, roll the bedding up to preclude this.
